Job Description
We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Front Office Agent to join our hospitality team at a remote desert tourist camp in Oman. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient guest experience, while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and service.
Skills
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures
Manage reservations and handle booking inquiries (phone, email, or in person)
Provide guests with accurate information about camp services, local attractions, and desert activities
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain updated records of guest information, payments, and room availability
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Required Profile:
Previous experience in front office or customer service roles (hospitality experience preferred)
Good English communication skills (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage)
Ability to work in a remote desert environment
Professional demeanor and a strong sense of hospitality
Comfortable using hotel management or reservation software
Flexibility to adapt working hours based on camp operations
Training in hospitality or tourism is a plus
