Company Overview:

We are a leading Saudi company in the air conditioning and home appliances sector, exclusively importing and distributing several international brands and serving as the sole agent for LG Air Conditioners in Saudi Arabia.

Purpose:

To achieve sales targets by identifying new potential projects, implementing them properly, utilizing our products and services, and offering value propositions to enhance customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote our value proposition to customers by understanding their needs and linking them to our products and services for a total solution and competitive advantage.
  • Build long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction through executing the sales process.
  • Seek out, qualify, and close new sales opportunities, focusing on new business growth.
  • Stay updated on competitors' strategies, products, and services to differentiate us favorably.
  • Meet targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
  • Create high-quality estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis under direction.
  • Negotiate with customers to close the sale under direction.
  • Keep management informed of market changes and customer progress.
  • Ensure ongoing sales processes and prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
  • +5 years of experience in a front-line sales position.
  • Experience in HVAC and VRF systems is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening.
  • Understanding of customers' businesses and their language.
  • Good technical or market expertise to build credibility.
