Job Title: Construction Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Makkah Al Mukarramah, Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring timely project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards
• Monitor progress of construction projects and implement necessary changes to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers
• Prepare reports on project status and present updates to senior management as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred
