Job summary
Sudair Pharmaceutical company is looking for a Product Manager in Riyadh city.
Responsibilities
- Drive appropriate brand strategies to maximize long-term revenue growth, sustainable profitability & solid partnerships with KOLs and Scientific Societies.
- Develop the marketing strategy for a given product(s), identify the targeted market and market needs, determine the corresponding market share and the tactics needed to achieve the planned sales target, and enrich Sudair's image in the new markets.
- Develop and implement a long—and short-term Marketing Plan that achieves the planned budgeted sales, enriches Sudair Pharma's image in the market, and paves the way for new targeted therapy areas according to the company strategy.
- Implement the developed Marketing Plan for the assigned product(s) and ensure the optimum use of company resources.
- Develop marketing concept and digital detailing aid for the assigned product(s), with optimum use of CRM system.
- Monthly analysis of the sales figures, dedicating the gap and put the suitable action plan.
- Closely monitor and analysis the CRM data, direct the sales force team towards the winning promtional map.
- Work with the Medical Team to align the agreed product(s) strategy.
- Work closely with the sales team to prepare sales forecasts for a given product(s), ensuring everyone's input is valued.
- Develop a professional training program for the assigned product(s) closely aligned with the medical team. This program will empower our Sales Force team and ensure they are well-prepared for success.
- Responsible for the new Launches of the assigned product(s).
- Establish the support and required participation in the local/International scientific events, which empower Sudair Pharma's role in the continuous education of HCPs in the region.
- High level of Competitive Intelligence & develop the proper tactics to build & keep the leading position of Sudair Pharma in the targeted market segments.
- Provide the required marketing coaching for the Sales Force Team.
- Ensure the access plan for the assigned product(s) within the predefined timeline.
- Develop an expansion strategy for the buiness segment under his responsibility.
Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical or Medical background.
- at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical field.
- Forecast Building capabilities
- Excellent understanding for Marketing principles and tactics.
- Proven track record of success
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
