Drive Strategic Procurement. Deliver Operational Excellence. We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and procurement agenda for our organization, balancing day-to-day operational delivery with long-term strategic impact. This role will require you to optimize cost, quality, and reliability while embedding sustainability and innovation into every procurement decision.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact, Oversee daily procurement activities (70%) and shape strategic sourcing initiatives (30%) to enhance plant reliability and reduce total cost of ownership.
• Secure the critical, Strategically source high-value and essential materials such as cement dispatch bags, explosives, refractory bricks, grinding media, and mill gearboxes.
• Negotiate for advantage, Finalize annual contracts for recurring consumables, achieving favorable terms while ensuring security of supply.
• Enable decision-making, Deliver data-driven insights through KPI tracking, spend analysis, and performance reporting.
• Champion sustainability, Integrate Circular Economy practices into procurement to drive environmental and resource efficiency.
• Strengthen partnerships, Build and manage a high-performing supplier base, ensuring quality, reliability, and responsiveness.
• Develop capability, Coach and evaluate a team of procurement professionals, aligning objectives with departmental and corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years' procurement experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to design and execute procurement strategies that balance operational needs with long-term objectives.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and risk management skills.
• Proficiency in e-procurement systems and contract management.
• Knowledge of cement manufacturing is an asset.
