Description:
- manage all import, export, and drawback activities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation and storage of goods.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and delivery.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the drawback process, ensuring compliance with all regulations and timely claims submission.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of drawback claims.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on import and logistics processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, finance, and sales, to ensure alignment of logistics strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience from 10:15 years
- Proven experience in logistics management (Import& Export& Drawback), particularly in import operations and drawback processes.
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
