As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our strategic future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that encompasses sales, revenue, and cost management.
  • Establish sales targets with the sales team for designated regions and channels.
  • Negotiate prices with clients based on target set, competitor pricing, price positioning, trends, and market intelligence.
  • Conduct market research by visiting retail chains to understand competitors' activities, price positioning, and trends.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Foster and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through partnership and understanding of their needs.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries to meet their satisfaction expectations.

Budget Planning

  • Formulate category-specific annual/quarterly/monthly budgets, demand plans, and track performance against these plans.
  • Prepare and present inputs related to departmental/project budgets (resource requirements) and manage/control overall financial performance of the function by monitoring actual costs against budgets.
