Summary:
- Increasing additives sales and profitability through sales.
- Efficient outreach to all sectors of feed customers that reflects the increase in sales.
- Analysis of customers' needs for products in all sectors.
- Efficient customer service, win their loyalty to Mirasco, and provide them with all they need.
- Sharing accurate market and other information with management
- Responsible for the timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Create Opportunities
- Conduct research on the market and the customers to identify new opportunities; collect accurate market information and intelligence, and share it with management
- Engage with customers to determine customer needs and opportunities
- Research competitors
- Participate in major trade shows and conferences as directed
Visit Customers
- Identify the correct person to meet with
- Schedule visits and build relationships to help increase sales.
- Provide new product analysis to customers.
- Build company knowledge.
- Build product knowledge.
- Communicating with customers on how Mirasco provides value
- Clearly present and agree upon terms with clients.
- Follow up with customers
- Update pricing regularly
Qualifications:
- Faculty of Agriculture or Agriculture Engineering or Veterinary Medicine
- Resident of Dakahliyah or Gharbiyah Governorates
- Minimum 1 Year sales experience
- PC Proficiency
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Relationship management skills
- Ability to read and analyze technical procedures or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
