Our main objective is to carry out businesses of both outbound and inbound tours, business travel, operation, ticket bookings, reservations, conducting tour packages and bookings of hotels, resort desk, providing travel and tourist information, marketing famous tourists destinations and other travelling services to travelers who visit Singapore frequently.

We are also responsible for taking care of the needs and requirements of all the tourists along with customizing specially designed luxury packages for high net worth individuals so that their trips remain etched in their memories forever.


Job Summary

Fayyaz Travels is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to drive our organic growth, with a strong focus on local SEO, link acquisition, and technical excellence. You will be responsible for developing data-driven SEO strategies, optimizing content for both global and local search visibility, and building high-quality backlinks to strengthen our domain authority. This role demands hands-on expertise in the latest SEO techniques, Google algorithms, and industry trends, with a focus on measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities:


SEO Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and local visibility.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, including geo-targeted and long-tail keywords for the travel and hospitality sector.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, search trends, and competitive strategies.

Local SEO Optimization:

  • Optimize Google Business Profile, Bing Places, and other local listings.
  • Implement and manage local citation building, NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency, and schema markup for location-based targeting.
  • Drive local backlink acquisition through partnerships with tourism boards, local influencers, and travel blogs.

Content Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-rich landing pages, travel guides, and blog posts targeting both local and international markets.
  • Ensure content aligns with E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) guidelines.
  • Optimize meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking structures for maximum SEO impact.

Technical SEO:

  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve crawlability, indexation, and site performance.
  • Optimize for Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and page load speed.
  • Implement structured data to enhance search appearance (rich snippets, FAQs, reviews).

Link Building & Outreach:

  • Develop and execute advanced link-building campaigns targeting authoritative travel and hospitality websites.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers.
  • Leverage digital PR strategies to earn high-quality backlinks.

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting:

  • Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track performance.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversion rates.
  • Provide actionable insights and monthly performance reports to management.


Skills

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local SEO, link building, and technical SEO.
  • Knowledge of GEO/AEO
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Understanding of Google’s Quality Rater Guidelines, E-E-A-T principles, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and outreach skills.
