Job summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated VoIP Engineer to join our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asterisk-based VoIP systems, with hands-on experience in Linux environments and a good understanding of supporting services such as Apache, MySQL, and Docker.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with Linux systems, preferably Red Hat, Rocky Linux, or CentOS.
• In-depth knowledge of Apache, MySQL, and Docker in production environments.
• Practical experience configuring and troubleshooting Asterisk, Elastix, and Issabel systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Asterisk-based VoIP solutions, including Elastix and Issabel.
• Monitor and maintain Linux servers (preferably Red Hat, Rocky Linux, and CentOS) in production environments.
• Ensure high availability and performance of supporting services like Apache, MySQL, and Docker containers.
• Good understanding of monitoring systems (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, Zabbix, etc.) and best practices for system observability.
