Job Description
The Commis Chef position at our esteemed catering and restaurant service in Al Kuwait offers an exciting opportunity for culinary enthusiasts looking to advance their careers. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to the menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Support senior chefs in executing daily specials and catering events.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Help in the plating and presentation of dishes to meet restaurant standards.
- Assist with the training of new kitchen staff and apprentices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Contribute to menu development by providing feedback on dishes.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to enhance skills.

- Strong organizational skills and time management.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
