Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and guide application technicians and customer service staff.
• Monitor inventory, tools, and materials to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and work quality.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Prepare branch performance reports and ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role (preferably in automotive services or related fields).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive films, stickers, thermal insulation, or road reflector products is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.
