Major Construction Group in Saudi Arabia requires an experienced Procurement Manager for a major project in Riyadh.
Requirements:
• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 10 years of procurement experience in the construction / civil engineering sector (3 years in managerial role is required)
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and supply chain management
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Extensive experience in leading, strategic planning, implementation, and performance management
