A top insurance company in KSA is hiring a position through the outsourcing firm Octopus by RTG. The role is for a limited term until January 2026. After that, based on performance, the individual may be hired directly by a sister company of the partner organization.

To ensure high-performance delivery within the Digital Hub's team by leading agile practices, enforcing company's SDLC, and fostering a culture of communication, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in managing capacity, enhancing internal processes, and supporting the Director of Digital Services and Partner Channels in KPI tracking and delivery reporting.
