Job summary

As a Product Manager at Ebra, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of core features on our AI-powered debt collection platform.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years in product management, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B/B2B2C platforms.
  • Proven track record shipping products in complex or regulated environments (bonus: AI/ML-powered, debt, finance, or govtech).
  • Strong analytical decision-making skills; able to prioritize with incomplete data using frameworks like RICE, impact/effort, or PMF loops.
  • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Execution-focused: bias toward speed, clarity, and unblocking teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve product strategy aligned with company OKRs and creditor/debtor needs.
  • Own and maintain a living product roadmap with clear priorities, delivery milestones, and performance targets.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and debt portfolio analysis to deeply understand user behavior (debtors and creditors).
  • Validate assumptions using data and insights; consistently represent the voice of both debtors and creditors in product decisions.
  • Translate ideas into clear product specs and collaborate with engineering and AI teams to deliver them.
  • Drive feature design, iteration, and launch across core modules such as debtor outreach, dispute resolution, dashboard analytics, and payment workflows.
  • Work closely with operations, compliance, AI, and client success teams to ensure launch readiness and operational scalability.
  • Coordinate go-to-market efforts with sales and marketing when launching new capabilities or sectors.
  • Define and track product KPIs (e.g., contact rate, time-to-first-payment, recovery uplift).
  • Run experiments, evaluate impact, and iterate based on data and insights.

Skills

  • Experience in the Saudi financial or telecom ecosystem.
  • Exposure to conversational interfaces (voice/SMS/chat), scoring models, or collections software.
