Job Title: Product Manager
Role Summary:
- Lead the development and launch of new products across General Medicine, OTC, and Primary Care segments in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Insights
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and communicate insights to sales and marketing teams to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor performance, and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to achieve business objectives.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze brand and competitor performance using various metrics.
- Track key growth drivers and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Team Collaboration and Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Participate in new product launches, monitor results, and compare them against predefined KPIs.
Requirements:
- Pharmacy degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
