Job Title: Product Manager

Role Summary:

  • Lead the development and launch of new products across General Medicine, OTC, and Primary Care segments in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Insights


  • Conduct market research, analyze data, and communicate insights to sales and marketing teams to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor performance, and customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to achieve business objectives.

Performance Tracking and Reporting


  • Monitor and analyze brand and competitor performance using various metrics.
  • Track key growth drivers and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Team Collaboration and Support


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in new product launches, monitor results, and compare them against predefined KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
