Job Description

• Prepare Material Purchase Requisitions (PRs) based on open orders and forecast orders with target prices.
• Review vendors quotations technically, financially and delivery period.
• Prepare evaluation reports and recommend the final accepted vendor.
• Review order confirmation (OC) material, quantity, Leadtime and prices Based on released PO.
• Follow-up with procurement team for open Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (Pos).
• Ensure the availability of minimum stock of regular materials.
• Support logistics team for Customs requirements.
• Monitor and Control for IN/OUT material flow for all departments.
• Co-ordinate meetings with vendors for engineering requirements.
• Hold meetings with departments’ head to finalize forecasts for material.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical power Engineering.
• Technical background on LV & MV Switchgears.
• Good command on MS Office, Excel and Oracle System is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
