Job Description

Description Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled A UI/UX Designer for a CRM project is responsible for creating and improving the user experience and interface of a CRM system, ensuring it's intuitive, user friendly, and visually appealing. This role involves user research, designing interactive elements, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points within the CRM system. • Develop and conceptualize user interfaces and user experiences, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs. • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test design ideas. • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless design process. • Conduct usability testing and analyze results to identify and resolve usability issues. • Create design specifications, style guides, and documentation to support the development team. • Continuously improve the CRM system based on user feedback and data analysis. • Assessing the effectiveness of UI elements like CTAs, banners, page layouts, flows, and links on landing pages

Skills

Skills and Qualifications: • 3-5 years of proven expertise in crafting and applying UX designs. • Familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools. • Understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design. • Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. • Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and findings to stakeholders. • Ability to identify and resolve design issues and improve the user experience. • Knowledge of CRM platforms, features, and workflows. • Proficient in coding, with troubleshooting capabilities using HTML, CSS, and similar languages • Polished written and interpersonal communication skills for interactions with
