We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help modernize the iCare Portal—a management platform used by schools and nurseries. The goal is to revamp the UI/UX, improve workflow efficiency, and implement a clean, modern, and futuristic design that enhances user experience for administrators, teachers, and parents.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a full design audit of the current iCare Portal, identifying pain points in UI/UX.
- Propose modern, intuitive, and visually appealing design improvements.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes (using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Ensure the design aligns with brand identity while feeling fresh and futuristic.
- Optimize user workflows for better navigation and efficiency.
- Stay updated on latest UI/UX trends (especially in EdTech and SaaS platforms).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, web design, or product design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Understanding of responsive design (mobile/desktop compatibility).
- Basic knowledge of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS is a plus).
- Experience in dashboard designs, SaaS platforms, or EdTech is preferred.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills (must work well with developers).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with design systems & component libraries.
- Knowledge of animation/micro-interactions (for a more dynamic UI).
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) standards.
