Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the guidance of senior chefs
• Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
• Ensure food storage areas are clean and comply with health and safety regulations
• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly
• Support with plating and garnishing during service
• Comply with hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Take part in daily kitchen operations and contribute to team efficiency
