Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems. The System Administrator will ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, including servers, network equipment, and other devices.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components of the IT infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Perform regular backups and ensure data security and integrity
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve system performance
• Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex issues
• Timely and efficiently process user requests related to the local network of the Company
• Install operating systems and licensed software on servers and workstations

Skills

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with network and server management
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Certification in Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant technologies is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
