Job Description:

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a highly skilled Innovation and Digital Delivery Manager to join our forward-thinking team. This role plays a key part in driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry while effectively meeting client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and refine digital strategies that align with organizational goals
• Lead projects focused on digital transformation, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new technologies
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on project delivery
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of innovation and digital literacy within the organization
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years' of overall professional experience in Design or Construction from a design discipline background with at least 5 years' experience in digital delivery management and BIM Implementation on complex infrastructure and mixed-use urban projects
• Current or past experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is highly desirable
• Extensive experience in digital delivery management, with a focus on BIM, Common Data Environment (CDE), GIS implementation, digital twin utilization, and coordination
• Proficient in a range of industry standards BIM authoring and proprietary software applications
• Proven experience in VDC/BIM management and implementation for complex construction projects
• Strong understanding of BIM software, CAD software, and GIS platforms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• BIM certifications
• Experience with digital twin technology and implementation
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
