Job summary

Controware is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in delivering comprehensive solutions in industrial automation, power testing and commissioning, and trading of automation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform site testing and commissioning for transformers, switchgear, protection relays, cables, and other electrical equipment.
• Execute insulation resistance, VLF, Tan Delta, partial discharge, and other diagnostic tests.
• Prepare test procedures, qualification plans, and technical documentation.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, and other relevant standards.
• Support client acceptance testing and provide technical training when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in electrical testing and commissioning.
• Knowledge of MV/HV equipment, testing instruments, and diagnostic techniques.
• Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, and NETA standards.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in field/site environments with strict safety protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with testing equipment from leading brands (Megger, Omicron,ISA , B2HV, BAUR etc.).
• Certification in electrical testing or commissioning (NETA, IEC, or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
