Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operation, to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure contracted agreements are executed accurately to fulfill company commitments.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve successful negotiations and collaboration.
- Handle effectively all customers/tenants' complaints and requests ensuring proper actions are being taken to secure timely resolution in line with agreed communication guidelines.
- Operate the CRM system by creating and following up on tickets to guarantee proper service cycle completion.
- Ensure Health and safety standards are implemented across operations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor, Report and address operational issues to provide effective solutions that sustain efficiency.
- Supervise and participate in promotion and marketing activities to ensure safe setup, execution, and dismantling.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Mall/Retail operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
