Job summary
We are looking for Enthusiastic Sales Associates for one of our clients in UAE.
As a Sales Associate, you'll focus on generating leads, converting them into customers, and maintaining client relationships in the MENA & GCC regions.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales: Contact HNWIs and corporate clients, generate new business, and maintain relationships.
- Lead Generation: Use CRM tools to track leads and reach out through calls, emails, and social media.
- Client Management: Support existing clients and follow up on leads.
- CRM Experience: Manage sales activities and customer info using CRM software.
- Sales Reporting: Meet sales targets and report progress to management.
Qualifications
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Sales Experience: Experience in outbound sales (preferably in finance or fintech).
- CRM Skills: Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of cryptocurrency.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Motivation: Target-driven and self-motivated.
