Job Description

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks in petroleum storage and handling operations.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure a culture of safety and compliance.
• Perform routine site inspections and audits to verify adherence to HSE standards and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and records for regulatory and internal purposes.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and support the development of emergency preparedness plans.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required HSE reports and permits.
• Promote continuous improvement by analyzing HSE performance data and implementing proactive measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of project planning and execution.

Job Requirements

• Preferably a resident of Suez.
• Experience in the Oil &Gas Field is  a Must
• Responsible in Safety and Fire Chief.
• BSC of Engineering ( Mechanical / Chemical ) or BSC Science ( Chemistry ) Not Electrical .
• Minimum 5 years of experience & not more than 8 years by Max. at Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.

Most Important Requirements:

• Firefighting / Fire Chief Certificate / NFPA fire inspector certificate.
• HSE Certificate, Nebosh.
• ISO Management (QMS, EMS & SMS).
• Onshore and not offshore
