Monitor & Review tech/elec performance

Monitor & Review tech/elec remarks

Monitor & Review tech/elec appearance & behavior

Increase utilization of the tech

Increase productivity of the tech

Increase tech qualifications

Daily Operations

Check Tech & elec. Equipment are ready to use

Check all working bays are ready to use

Check Vehicle History before operation

Inspect & Diagnose defected parts

Insure that Additional operations are to be requested from SA ONCE

Review High operation requests & Quotations

Check availability of non fast items from warehouse

Insure that requested parts of non fast items are correct

Insure cleanness of working bays

Daily Reports

Daily job performance done in the WS by techs

Outside operations status

Report any unusual behavior in WS to WS Manager
