Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role.
  • Prior experience working with Nexthink platform is mandatory.
  • Experience working in a corporate or enterprise IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Nexthink administrative activities and daily tasks.
  • Generate and distribute periodic performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Nexthink.
  • Manage and maintain Nexthink, ensuring its optimal performance and availability.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to provide insights regarding recurring issues to improve the environment.
  • Provide reports and analysis related to user experience data.
  • Assist to optimize the tool and get the value from it.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure system updates and regular maintenance is provided by Nexthink.
  • Open support tickets to Nexthink when needed to fix issues.
  • Ensure Nexthink is handling the incident tickets and the system is up and running normally.
  • Assist in change requests related to Nexthink, reconfigurations and optimizations

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Nexthink platform, including administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with system performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Understanding of networking, end-user computing, and IT infrastructure.
  • Ability to generate reports and insights based on system and user data.
  • Experience in incident handling, root cause analysis, and change management.
