Roles & Responsibilities
- Have Valid KSA Heavy truck driver license
- Safely operate company vehicles (Trucks and Tanks) for transportation as assigned.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, road regulations, and company safety policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, lights, and brakes, and reporting any defects or issues promptly.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery/pick-up of goods or materials as per schedule.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with the Fleet Coordinator/Supervisor regarding routes, schedules, and any unforeseen delays or issues.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods as required.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Handle emergency situations on the road professionally, such as breakdowns or accidents, and report them immediately.
- Assist with basic tire-related tasks such as checking tire pressure and identifying visible issues, coordinating with the maintenance team for any required repairs.
- Maintain awareness of vehicle condition, including tire health, and report anomalies
- Minimum 6-years of driving experience, preferably in a fleet or industrial setting.
- Clean driving record.
