Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to deeply understand their needs, challenges, and business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and successful product implementation.
- Track client usage and performance metrics to drive engagement, address concerns proactively, and maximize product value.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with client needs and objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to present value delivered, gather feedback, and outline growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to relay client feedback and support the development of product improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position and communicate product value.
