This job opportunity is offered by Elsewedy Electric Graduate Development Program.

The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years' of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2023 & 2024 Graduates are welcomed to apply.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure computer equipment and peripherals for both full network setups and end-user workstations.
  • Manage printing, scanning, and copier services.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to end-users.
  • Deliver end-user support across all devices, including PCs, tablets, and mobile phones.
  • Handle user calls and inquiries, ensuring responses are provided within the agreed SLA.
  • Escalate technical issues to vendors and follow up until resolution and case closure.
  • Report user requests and incidents to IT management.
  • Enhance user productivity by proposing new solutions or improvements to existing systems.
  • Provide on-call support outside working hours, as per the agreed SLA.
  • Maintain and manage IT asset inventory.


You're a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with ticketing systems.
  • Certifications: CCNA, MCSE.
  • Preferred knowledge in:

• Virtualization

• SAN storage

• Office 365

• Endpoints

• System Center family
