Role Description

This is a full-time role for a UGC (User-Generated Content) Specialist, located on-site in Cairo. The UGC Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and curating user-generated content across various platforms, engaging with online communities, ensuring adherence to community guidelines, analyzing content performance, and collaborating with content creators to enhance community engagement. Additional duties include conducting content audits, developing content strategies, and reporting on content trends and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring, curating, and managing user-generated content
• Strong engagement and communication skills within online communities
• Ability to analyze content performance and trends
• Familiarity with content audits and developing content strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with content creators and team members
• Strong understanding of community guidelines and terms of service
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus
