Job Description

● Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, production, inventory, and distribution processes.
● Lead, mentor, and manage the supply chain team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.
● Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
● Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
● Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure consistent quality and delivery.
● Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the supply chain.
● Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
● Manage logistics operations, including transportation, fleet management; warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable practices.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in SAP
• Previous experience in FMCG companies
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize processes and resolve issues.
• Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
