We are expanding our team and looking for a Voice AI Engineer to support our growing client needs, particularly in the Middle East region.

Role is about...

As a Voice AI Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize voice-based conversational systems. You will work closely with the AI, sales, and product teams to deliver scalable voice solutions in Arabic and English, ensuring natural, human-like interactions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy voice AI models
• Build and integrate Arabic and English speech recognition (ASR), text-to-speech (TTS), and NLP models into our platforms.
• Customize bots to handle sales, support, and collections workflows.
• Collaborate with product teams to define conversation flows, intents, and responses.
• Optimize latency, accuracy, and speech quality for live deployments.
• Ensure seamless integration with IVR, WhatsApp, CRMs, and telephony APIs.
• Research and apply state-of-the-art voice AI frameworks (Rasa, Dialogflow, OpenAI, Whisper, etc.).
• Continuously improve models based on user feedback and call analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in speech recognition, NLP, or conversational AI.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic (native or fluent) and English speech systems.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or Kaldi.
• Experience with ASR, TTS, and intent recognition models.
• Familiarity with telephony APIs (Twilio, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with remote teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying Arabic voice bots at scale.
• Familiarity with LLMs and agentic AI.
• Understanding of call center automation and SaaS platforms.
