Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant to join our support team. The consultant will be responsible for providing functional support across HCM modules, resolving issues, managing enhancements, and ensuring smooth HR operations on Oracle Cloud HCM.
Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, OTL, Compensation).
Troubleshoot user issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
Log, manage, and track Oracle Support Service Requests (SRs).
Support quarterly patch testing, regression testing, and rollout of new features.
Configure HCM setups and approval workflows as per business needs.
Assist HR teams with data uploads using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheet loaders.
Create and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports for HR analytics.
Document system setups, support processes, and issue-resolution steps.
Provide training, knowledge transfer, and functional guidance to HR users
