Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Consultant to join our support team. The consultant will provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring smooth operations, issue resolution, and continuous improvements in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day functional support for Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses).
Troubleshoot user issues and resolve incidents within SLAs.
Work with Oracle Support to raise and manage SRs when required.
Perform configurations, testing, and validation for system fixes and enhancements.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Create/modify OTBI and BI Publisher reports as per business needs.
Document system processes, enhancements, and fixes.
Provide end-user training and support for financial modules.
