Job Description

As a Revenue Specialist at Day One Egypt, you will play a critical role in maximizing CruiseHub’s revenue potential, adding value to bookings, ensuring process accuracy, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires someone precise, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement. Your work will directly enhance the effectiveness of CruiseHub’s advisors and managers in serving customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and review cruise bookings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Improve the speed, consistency, and reliability of booking processes.
• Quickly learn and adapt to pricing, promotions, and offers across cruise line partners.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across multiple systems and tools.
• Collaborate with CruiseHub’s sales and service teams to roll out best practices.
• Track, measure, and report on key optimization metrics, providing actionable insights to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, optimization, or process management (travel industry experience is a plus).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into process improvements.
