Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Car Sales Specialist located in New Cairo. The New Car Sales Specialist will be responsible for interacting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable car models. The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling sales negotiations, closing sales deals, and maintaining customer retention. Additionally, tasks will include managing sales documentation and coordinating closely with other departments to streamline the sales process.

• Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Ability to work well within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus
