Egybell is hiring an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR team.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee records and databases.

- Handle HR-related documentation and filing.

- Assist in the recruitment & onboarding of new hires, as well as the exit process for the resigning staff.

- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.

- Assist all staff benefits, including medical insurance additions, deletions, updated network and queries.

- Contribute in maintaining a comprehensive personnel filing system both digitally & in hard copies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 1 -2 years of experience in the same position.
  • Excellent English (Written & Spoken).
  • Excellent communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
