Job Title: Low Current Systems Engineer (Access Control | CCTV | Electromechanical)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Low Current Systems Engineer with proven experience in Access Control, CCTV, and Electromechanical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage systems, ensuring optimal performance and security for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Implementation

Plan and engineer low-current systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Electromechanical, etc.).

Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.

Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and client requirements.

2. Installation & Configuration

Install, program, and commission access control systems (e.g., RFID, biometrics), IP/analog CCTV systems, and electromechanical devices.

Integrate low-current systems with existing infrastructure (network, security, automation).

Conduct site surveys and propose effective technical solutions.

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve issues in installed systems promptly.

Conduct preventive maintenance and perform necessary system upgrades.

Provide on-site or remote support to ensure system reliability.

4. Project Management

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project timelines.

Monitor system performance and prepare periodic reports.

Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards.

5. Documentation & Training

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all installations and interventions.

Provide training to end-users and internal staff on system use and basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in low-current systems (Access Control, CCTV, Electromechanical).

Familiarity with systems from brands like Honeywell, Axis, HID, Suprema, etc.

Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, PoE) and systems integration.

Certifications (Preferred):

Certified Access Control Specialist (CACS), CCTV Technician, or equivalent.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Conditions:

Fieldwork required, including on-site installations and inspections.

Occasional travel to client locations may be necessary.
