Our diverse product range includes Jams, Syrups, Juices, Honey, Peanut Butter, and sourced Baby food and Baby milk from our group factories in Turkey & Europe.
We are seeking a Factory Admin Coordinator to ensure smooth factory operations. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and strong in coordination, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, factory visits, workshops, and business events.
- Arrange visitor access and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and welcome kits for factory guests.
- Act as link between factory and head office for administrative matters.
- Manage correspondence , prepare reports, and ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Keep records, databases, and office supplies updated.
- Manage and order office supplies and stationery for factory departments.
- Support HR and Finance with scheduling , documents, and coordination .
- Help with office projects, layout changes, and coordinate maintenance & Upgrades .
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field .
- 2+ years’ experience in administration or coordination, ideally in manufacturing.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to handle confidential information carefully.
