Role Description:
- Monitor overall client profitability (i.e., relationship pricing), share of wallet (across multiple products) & cross selling alongside PMs .
- Responsible for credit memo completion, supporting on memo writing, composition & credit committee participation .
- Responsible for account plan completion and active participation in round table discussions, supported by analysts.
- Participate in working teams Team Heads and PMs to structure bespoke solutions for clients
- Responsible for launching and completing annual client reviews and identification of potential areas of improvement.
- Guide & mentor analysts to support on day-to-day operational tasks (credit memos, account plans, CCS handling…).
- Responsible for client relationship management for allocated portfolio (borr. + non-borr.) in close cooperation with Team Leader.
- Responsible for E2E sales cycle from pitching to contract negotiations, with PMs teams (based on jointly devised account plans).
- Identifies business opportunities for new clients, with a focus on designated sectors to drive new client acquisition.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree business or any relevant field.- 4 - 7 Years of Experience.
- Banking experience is a must
- Credit Course is a must
- Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
