Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor project cost control, contract reviews, and progress payment certificates.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management in strategic decision-making.
- Lead, train, and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
