Job Description:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases & social media
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Screen candidates resumes and job application
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Onboard new employees in order become fully integrated
• Providing recruitment reports to team manager

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a recruitment specialist
• Experience in mass hiring is a must
• Bachelor degree in human resources , Business administration or relevant field
• High proficiency in English is a must
• Experience in Educational Field is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Decision making skills
