Nafham by Tyro is hiring Recruiter
Job Description:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases & social media
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Screen candidates resumes and job application
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Onboard new employees in order become fully integrated
- Providing recruitment reports to team manager
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a recruitment specialist
- Experience in mass hiring is a must
- Bachelor degree in human resources , Business administration or relevant field
- High proficiency in English is a must
- Experience in Educational Field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Decision making skills
