We are seeking an enthusiastic IBM BPM Associate Technical Consultant to join our consulting team. The role involves assisting in the design, development, configuration, and deployment of IBM Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. The consultant will work closely with senior consultants, business analysts, and clients to support business process automation initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful delivery of BPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, modeling, and implementation of business processes using IBM BPM.
• Develop, configure, and maintain BPDs (Business Process Definitions), Coaches, Services, and Integrations.
• Participate in unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of BPM applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate BPM with external systems (web services, REST APIs, databases, etc.).
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for BPM applications.
• Maintain proper documentation of technical solutions, configurations, and procedures.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on IBM BPM and related technologies (BAW, Automation tools, etc.).
• Adhere to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Business Process Management concepts and workflow automation.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL.
• Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST) and integration techniques.
• Knowledge of IBM BPM / BAW development environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and client-facing environment.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, frameworks, and automation platforms.
