Key Accountabilities:

• Lead export logistics operations from Egypt to the USA and other regions, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, LC, and Supplier teams to set logistics terms aligned with project needs and destination country regulations.
• Supervise shipping documentation and ensure full compliance with PO and LC terms.
• Coordinate Third Party Inspections (3PI) for pre-shipment checks, packing validation, and container sealing.
• Work closely with internal logistics divisions to streamline customs clearance, site delivery, and material handling.
• Monitor transportation operations, quality control, and logistics KPIs.
• Evaluate service providers and drive continuous improvement in logistics performance.
• Support logistics studies for new markets and infrastructure assessments.

Requirements:

• 
  7–10 years in export logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• B.Sc. in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Advanced user of MS Office applications.
• Experience with CargoX and Nafeza platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid understanding of logistics principles, international shipping, and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with customs regulations and documentation requirements for US-bound shipments.
