Job Description

• Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in alignment with local and international standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across production and packaging facilities to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees at all levels to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, HACCP, ISO 14001, and other relevant certifications and standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in occupational health and safety.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, including waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and corrective actions for internal and external audits.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required documentation and reports.
• Promote continuous improvement in HSE performance through proactive initiatives and employee engagement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in an HSE role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Experience with ISO 22000, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, HACCP, and ISO 14001 compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and training skills to effectively engage employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in preparing HSE reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
