We are seeking a strategic and results-driven supply chain manager to optimize our end-to-end supply chain. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless flow of materials from sourcing to production to distribution, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cost-efficiency, and food safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & Optimize Logistics: Oversee all transportation, warehousing, and inventory management processes for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Demand & Supply Planning: Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to accurately forecast demand and align production schedules.
• Vendor & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, suppliers, and co-manufacturers to ensure a reliable and high-quality supply of ingredients and materials.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve our bottom line.
• Uphold Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities strictly adhere to FDA, OSHA, HACCP, GMP, and other industry-specific regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure a fully integrated supply chain.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a supply chain management role, specifically within the Food & Beverage, CPG, or a related manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in demand planning, inventory control, and logistics management.
• A strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, SQF) is a must.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
