Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Warehouse Manager.

What will you do

• Plan, coordinate and control receiving, arrange orders, and dispatch goods.
• Keep inventory control systems up-to-date and ensure the accuracy of stocks.
• Issuing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene and security standards in the work environment.
• Report problems in the food safety management system to the food safety team.
• Manage warehouses in compliance with company policies and vision.
• Achieve financial goals by preparing an annual budget; Scheduling expenditures Analyze variances and initiate corrective action.
• Oversee stock control and order processing.
• Coordinate the use of automated and computing systems.
• Utilize all equipment’s in the warehouse and make a use of it.
• Complete the operating requirements of the stores by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
• Maintain updated inventory control systems and plan future capacity requirements.
• Work to deliver supplies inspection records on a regular basis in each quantity separately on the same date of supply.

What will you need?

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or any related discipline.

Technical Skills:

• Warehouse management experience
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
