What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve renewal conversion targets and KPIs.
- Monitor team performance and ensure consistent execution of renewal sales strategies.
- Provide coaching and regular feedback to improve team members’ communication skills, call quality, and sales effectiveness.
- Analyze student learning progress and customer data to support the team in offering tailored renewal solutions.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
- Organize daily huddles, track team metrics, and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Academic, Customer Support) to optimize the customer journey and drive student retention.
- Report team and individual performance to management with recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, sales or any related field, including 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.- Professional proficiency in English in both writing and speaking.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to lead by example.
- Target-driven, with a solid understanding of sales strategy and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
